The band uses email and text through Cut Time as its main method of communication. Both band students and their parents should have their contact information in Cut Time. If you’re not sure whether the band has your correct contact information, contact Mr. Ross at firstname.lastname@example.org
Jupiter High School Band’s Weekly Newsletter is emailed through Cut Time and also posted on Facebook weekly.
At the beginning of the year, all band students receive a Band Handbook that must be read by both students and parents. Students and Parents must acknowledge reading the handbook, it will be the first grade of the year.

FAIR SHARE-students pay to participate in band after-school programs. Each program has a Fair Share fee that pays the costs associated with the program including instruction, transportation, competition registration fees, props, equipment, costumes, etc. The Band holds numerous fundraisers year-round so that students can fundraise their Fair Share Fees for each program they participate in.
FANS Financial Aid Application
Financial Aid for Need Students (FANS) is a program for students to apply for help pay for Fair Share Fees. Fundraisers are dedicated to the Spirit of Jupiter that do not go to a specific student; instead, get transferred to the FANS account. Students can apply for up to $500 (five hundred dollars) to help with their Fair Share Fees. If you are in need of financial assistance, please complete the online application. All applications and applicant information is confidential. Please complete your FANS applications when your student registers for the band if they need financial assistance.
