Charms Office Assistant
The primary method of communication to band families is email. Every week, a Band Update/Newsletter is emailed via the web-based program Charms Office Assistant Parents are asked to keep their Charms contact information current, especially email addresses. See JHS Charms Instructions (available on the sidebar) for detailed instructions on how to access Charms.

Band Parent Meetings
Meetings are held monthly from August through May. Meeting minutes are sent via email and are posted on the web site. Meetings are typically one hour, but parent attendance earns TWO hours towards toward the Volunteer Credit!

You’ve found the web site! It is filled with a lot of information – from Fundraising to Uniforms to Volunteering. Most, if not all, of the forms that are required are on the Forms page of the site. We also have a link to our Flickr page, where our band photographer posts pictures from band events. Our online calendar is also kept up to date. All of the emails that are sent are posted on the site, with the most recent ones located right on the home page – or check the Email Archives page for older emails.
The online band calendar is kept up to date and is available through our web site. You can also subscribe to the calendar so you have access to it on your mobile device. See instructions at the bottom of the Band Calendar page.
