Making Payments

It is VERY IMPORTANT for band families to stay current with their JHS Band fee payments.

There are several ways to make payments for band fees. You can use these methods to pay for ANY student band fees, including Fair Share payments, Solo & Ensemble fees, All-State/All-District audition fees, band trips, camps, etc.

There are also ways to reduce your out of pocket costs!

SchoolCashOnline

Pay online by credit card via SchoolCashOnline, the same system used by the Palm Beach County School District for cafeteria fees, class fees, PE uniforms and other school fees.

To make a payment:

  • Visit SchoolCashOnline.com.
  • Sign in to your account (or create one if necessary).
  • If you don’t see “Jupiter High School Band fees” on your student’s list of items to pay, search for “Jupiter” and you should see it then.
  • Use the “band fees” amounts listed combined with the “Quantity” total at the bottom of the page to put the “Amount Due” in your cart you’d like to pay.
  • Click on the name button for “Who are you purchasing this for?”  This feature is not working correctly at this time, but you must select the button to add the amount to the cart.
  • Add your total to the cart.
  • Select Checkout and follow the instructions online.

You MAY be charged a $1-2 processing fee using SchoolCashOnline.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must forward a copy of the receipt to Band Treasurer Rosalie Jablonski at RLJablonski@gmail.com with a description of what you’re paying for so your student’s account is credited appropriately.

Birdies for Children

Birdies for Children is a fundraiser offered by The Honda Classic golf tournament.  It is available in the fall through late February.

All donations made through this charity in name of the JHS Band go directly to the band with an additional 10%!  All donors get chances to win a new vehicle based on the amount donated too!

To donate or make a payment:

  • Visit the JHS Band Honda Classic website.
  • Complete the Donation Form.
  • Be sure to enter your student’s name in the “SOLICITED BY” field.
  • You MUST list an email address on the donation form or you will not receive a receipt!

VERY IMPORTANT: You must forward a copy of the receipt to Band Treasurer Rosalie Jablonski at RLJablonski@gmail.com with a description of what you’re paying for so your student’s account is credited appropriately.

Check or Money Order

Personal checks or money orders should be payable to “JHS” or “JHS Band.”

  • Put your phone number and your student’s name on the check.
  • Attach the check to the appropriate payment form if applicable.  Payment forms for most activities are located on our Forms page.
  • Place payment (and payment form) in an envelope with your student’s name on it AND what the payment is for.
  • Place envelope in the Fair Share box in the band room.

The Fair Share box is the white mailbox on the southwest wall of the band room, just outside the tuba/uniform room.

CASH payments are strongly discouraged.  The JHS Band cannot be held responsible for cash payments unless you have a receipt from JHS Band.

Cash may be requested for specific charges.  Please note the preferred payment method in activity emails.

Fundraise

We encourage everyone to participate in fundraisers to reduce their out of pocket costs.  All fundraisers are announced by email.  See our Fundraising page for an overview of annual fundraisers.

Volunteer

To encourage volunteering, parents/guardians can earn a $50 credit towards their student’s fundraising account with 30 hours of volunteering at JHS Band activities.  Credits will be issued to the student’s fundraising account upon completion of all 30 volunteer hours.  Partial credit is not available.

Volunteer opportunities are announced via email.

For more information about volunteering, see our Volunteer Opportunities page.
